| I personally am not such a big fan of mod-rewrite in my opinion VB is pretty much spider friendly but there are a couple of things you can do by a couple of simple template hacks first of all have forum title in h1 tags at the top and similarly have thread titles in h1 tags at the top too, you may say that h1 tags look ugly but its pretty simple to redefine them using CSS. | ||||

Join Date: Sep 2005 Posts: 15 | Good points scribbler, and I agree that Vb is spider friendly already. I started of with phpbb but the diference in visitor numbers within a few days of switching to Vb was astonishing, nothing else had changed.
