Reporting IPB fraud installations

Here is the story.
I know two people, both of which have continuously said they can't afford IPB, then they got into a scrap with each other, and suddenly the boards they own have springed up with IPB.

I suspect one of them is not a proper licenced one, possibly warezed, also the copyright link (the Powered By IP.Board 2.3.2 © 2007 IPS, Inc.) Does not link to Invision.

How do I go about reporting my suspicions to Invision, or would they just think I'm trying to get payback for something and ignore?

You go here : Invision Power Services :: Corporate :: Homepage - it sounds like it is a pirated forum software.

There Piracy team is a bit lacking apparently, and they don't enforce there copyrights like Jelsoft does.

- as i said apparently they don't, its just what i heard a while ago, it may have changed now.
