Where are your servers located?
These new plans are being set up on servers in our Dallas, Texas facility. It has bandwidth links with several major bandwidth providers, including Internap, Global Crossing and Level3.

How long will my account have unmetered bandwidth for?
For the life of your account! We'd never take something away once we've given it to you.

Do you offer any other control panels?
Yes, we do!
DirectAdmin - $6/month
cPanel - $12/month
(You can add Installation to either of these panels for $2/month extra)

What about extra IP's?
Extra IP's can be purchased for $2.50 each (email support to order)

Do you offer DNS hosting?
On request, yes. We can provide an account on our shared servers to allow you to manage your DNS for $1/month. You can however use several free DNS providers such as ZoneEdit, or simply run DNS on your VPS!

Can I resell your VPS servers?
