Question Thinking of getting a custom forum template..

Hi everyone, I hope i'm posting this in the right section....

I'm thinking of getting my forum custom designed, as at the moment I feel it really lets the main site down. http://www.theforumfairy.com
I'm using simple machines forum at the moment, so ideally anyone who could do a really great custom template for that at a cheap price would be good, but im also open to the idea of buying a vbulletin and having that designed, or even any of the other forums really depending on what idea's people can come up with.
Basically i need something creating that will let the user feel like they are still on the same site when they click forum, as the colours i have at the moment dont really match the main site too well. Having said that, the colours on my main site may be quite bright and hard to read on a forum so there needs to be some kind of balance between readable, not to eye burningly bright pink (lol) and something that matches the main page....

Sorry for the long rambling above but just trying to get accross the sort of thing I need. If anyone can help, offer suggestions etc that would be great. Also if you're willing to do the custom design in return for free advertising on the main page then that would be even better as my budget here is far from huge!

Thanks,

Bex
Xx
