I would not normally recruit from outside the community, but no suitable member has been found. I am looking for a moderator for www.CompuForums.org, who will be committed to the community.
Here are the criteria that I would prefer a future mod to have:
+ Must be experienced in computing
+ Must also have some mod/admin experience
+ Must be able to use proper English
+ Preferably in a time zone around GMT+ 4-6 hrs
+ Preferably able to spend plenty of time on the site
+ Preferably able to help keep the forum active with new posts

This is not a paid position, but it is a lot of fun [ask my other admin] and staff may receive Christmas / birthday gifts too when I am not so broke.

Again, I am reluctant to hire from outside of the community, so I may decide not to hire if a suitable candidate is not found. if you already have a couple of posts at the community at the time of your application, it will help you secure the position.

hm...im in timezone -5 lol, but my tests are almost done, in the next 2 weeks i should be done, after that i can do this, will that work? btw, im admin in 2 sites, mod in about 4 or 5 forums, i lose track sometimes, i can keep active a lot after my testing, and i can post a lot lol
