Me and a friend of mine are in the process of putting together a team of people that all have various different skills that they offer to helping us grow. What we are planning to do it work together in order to develop multiple websites / forums / communties until they reach a decent level before selling them off.

If you are involved in this project there is no guarentee that there will be a payout until a sale is made but once it is profit is split out evenly between the team.
