I need a graphic designer for my WowBB Styles site. I'm more of a coder than a graphic designer and lack the ability to make extreme designs. The designer needs no coding knowledge whatsoever. I simply need them to be able to create the .psd file and I will do all the coding.

My theme prices can be found at www.wowbbstyles.com/themes.php

As you can see there will be themes created by us for whatever style we think would do well but custom options are available and customers can purchase the design exclusively bringing in more money.

My proposed agreement would be 65/35. The 35 being yours. The reason for this is I will be the one bringing in the customers, and doing the coding. All I need is for you to create a psd template of a site and if any custom theme requests.

I'm trying to find someone by the end of this weekend. You will probably work less than 2 days a week and the hours would be less than a few hours unless a custom request is needed.

The income is residual for people who don't buy exclusive rights. Meaning every time someone purchases a theme you get %. Estimated easily 1 to 2k in total sales in a month so 350 to 700 a month for less than 20 hours work a month. The more styles we get up, the more money that can be made.
