You may wish to detail what sector of hosting you're dealing with specifically. I know plenty of people are capable of providing general and minor technical support, however, when it comes to dedicated servers and a root environment, they are clueless.

I'm looking for a business partner who would be self-motivated and willing to work along my side for a percentage of the company's monthly revenue, as well as its overall shares. I believe that this is much more logical than dishing out cash to project managers and getting help that way.

$2,000 (or whatever the price we will eventually agree on) is not an investment that will go into the company.
