I am looking to link exchange with quality computer, internet, and sites about related topics.
Please note that I am not looking to exchange with commercial sites [as in web design/hosting/other sites selling stuff].

The website is www.compuforums.org. It's got a PR4, but it's still updating so a couple of datacentres are showing the old rank.

For sites with PR2 or less:
For a link exchange, you will need to put our banner on at least one page of your site. Your link will go with other peoples on every page of our site.

For sites with PR4 or more:
For a link exchange, you will need to place your link either on the page with the most traffic / PR, or on every page. If it's on one page it will be bolded and put with the other sites, if on every page, your link will have a line of it's own.
If you're site is getting over 10,000 uniques daily, I will display your banner in exchange for a text link.

I DO NOT WANT TO LINK EXCHANGE WITH ANY COMPUTER FORUMS.

To apply for a link, please reply with the following info:
- Your anchor text [or banner depending on your status above - for banners also include proof of traffic]
- Your link
- Where our link will is on your site
- Your PR

Well - if it's a new site, you would need to display our banner until your traffic matches ours... Unless you were the Adam who enquired about banner space, if so, premium members get links with no need to link back [as long as the site isn't a computer forum]
