North Korea suspected of Second Nuke Test

http://www.foxnews.com/

It's breaking right now. Japan is reporting it suspects North Korea has tested a second nuclear bomb.

The funny thing is that USA bombed Iraq because they suspected that they had nuclear weapons, and they do nothing for North korea....

That's what everyone gets for trying diplomacy with a mad man. Didn't work with Iraq. Didn't work with Iran. Didn't work with North Korea.

but oh no! There has to be another way. Let's just not do anything and hope the world fixes itself.

Hey! I got an idea! China... pull the damn plug on North Koreas power! Leave them in the dark. This guy is not going to listen. Drastic actions need to be taken unless you want to wake up every single damn day to a new news item concerning "North Korea turns down 6 part talks", "North Korea tests latest long range missile", North Korea tests 2nd nuclear blasts, achieves 12kt blast"

Well now they have tested a nuclear weapon because everyone said diplomacy will work. We must go through diplomacy first. Blah blah blah. Same old stupid bs.

Then the US gets blamed for not pulling something out their ass and making the whole world a better place by themselves.

It's common sense that North Korea, Iran, and Iraq should never/have never obtained Nuclear Weapons. Well one of those countries already has and Iran is getting real damn close.

I apologize to the world for our leaders, for not being able to stop Iraq, Iran and North Korea from obtaining Nuclear Weapons in a 3 year time span while fighting a war in Afganastan to remove the group of people responsible for killing 3,000 of our citizens. Then trying to get the UN to back up its damn word with Iraq. 11 years of diplomacy down the drain because the United Nations has no balls. It can spit out UN resolution after UN resolution until its blue in the face but it does no good when they just sit back and let Sadaam Huessin kick out their weapon inspectors or just decide that they cant go into a particular building. It was so obvious that he was not going to cooperate.

Take a look at this:

UN Security Council Members
Permanent
The French Republic
The Union of Soviet Socialist Republics
The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland
The United States of America
The Republic of China

1. Argentina (L. America)
2. Republic of the Congo (Africa)
3. Denmark (W. Europe)
4. Ghana (Africa)
5. Greece (W. Europe)
6. Japan (Asia)
7. Peru (L. America)
8. Qatar (Asia, Arab)
9. Slovakia (E. Europe)
10. Tanzania (Africa)

So what have any of those countries listed above done to try to make this world a better place?

What has France done to help the United States in Iraq? Nothing except threaten to veto a resolution calling for full cooperation from Iraq to inspect its weapons facilities. They did not want to back a resolution that said "Obey this resolution or else... we actually back it up and keep our word."
What has Germany done to help the United States in Iraq? Nothing except do the same thing as France.
Etc etc

What has any of the above countries done to help the North Korea situation?

Nadda. In fact, China has made it worse. Preventing any UN resolution to be passed for the last year to put pressure on North Korea. All they wanted was their talks. All North Korea did was play games.

If you just have a deep hatred for America/President Bush then so be it. We have made mistakes. Mistakes that could have very well been prevented by more assistance from the countries on the UN Security Council. Just one country stepped up to support us out of the 4 permanent members (other than us)

You can burn our flag and spit in our face but you won't be doing the world any good. You will just be showing your support for Iran and Iraq has the United States tries to prevent these two countries from obtaining nuclear weapons.

Disclaimer: I am not talking to anyone in this thread. When I say "you" I mean people that are angry at the US for not saving the world but bitch when we try.

I just dont see why everyone looks at the US to solve everything. Why can't other countries stop being lazy and figure out how to solve something for once? The newest one is for the US to solve the problems in teh Darfor region of Sudan. Personally I dont see why we should have to do anything. Thats not even effecting us, and its not on our side of the world. But yet we will have to do something. We should be able to concentrate on other issues because another country will take care of that problem. But no we have to take care of every thing.

One reason we dont just invade and take over N. Korea is because they have one of the biggest standing armies in the world. If we do invade, I am almost certain, it will be WWIII.

Also I would like to point out that Clinton was the one who gave N. Korea the reactors. They were suppose to be just for electricity, but as soon as N. Korea got them, they started using them for nuclear weapons.
