Telstra have notoriusly capped ADSL at 1.5mbps. This is the new pricing: 256kbps $29.95 - 200MB (US$22) $59.95 - 10GB (US$45) 1500 400MB - $39.95 (US$30) 10GB - $69.95 (US$53) Up to 8000 or 20000 $59.95 600MB (US$45) 10GB- $89.95 (US$68) and yes, people do pay this.
