Look at the rep I received below (the comments and the dates)...All you've gotta do to receive rep is help others

Hmmm...We just thought we'd mix things a bit. Members have commented in the past saying that we "all look the same", and sometimes there have been times on staff when we've wished we didn't have to wear the admin avatars. We'll keep them custom for a while and see what everybody thinks...Maybe in a couple weeks or so we'll throw up a poll and see which people like best.
