Well, after having to install a new hard drive to my laptop since the previous one died, it was time to format for the Windows XP installation. With that, I figured since I missed spring cleaning by a long-shot, it was time to give the other 2 computers their much needed attention .Another format & Windows XP installation later, it's time to network all 3 of them and bring the Verizon WI-FI connection to life by spreading it across 3 computers so they would all have internet access. In addition, it was time to network them all together so file sharing among the 3 could be used. Now, we've got a bit of a network together and development time on my end should be cut quite a bit shorter .The Configuration: - Laptop - - AMD Athlon XP M 2 (1.86GHz) - - 80GB Hard Drive (WD) - - ~1GB RAM - Desktop 01 - - AMD Athlon 64 (1.80GHz) - - 200GB SATA Hard Drive (WD) - - 2GB RAM - Desktop 02 - - Used for Backups & Storage - - AMD Athlon XP 1.73GHz - - 80GB Hard Drive (WD) - - 120GB Hard Drive (WD) Thankfully, they are all sitting well right now, although getting ICS on Windows to function correctly with the DNS settings and custom modifications was a complete PITA .And to think, this entire setup was brought on by web design, web hosting and other development I simply couldn't do on my laptop (mainly due to my hands aching after a few hours).

I require too many varied applications to be using *Nix as a desktop platform. I'm spoiled with some programs and the occasional game .
