Building a Computer, would like opinions

I'm helping my friend build a new desktop computer, and I wanted to show you guys the parts and see what you thought of it and if you had any suggestions or see any problems with the parts I have picked. He's gonna be ordering it all from newegg. I'll post the links with the parts so you can see the specs of them.

- SUS P5B-VM SE LGA 775 Intel G965 Express uATX Intel Motherboard

- XFX PVT84JUDF3 GeForce 8600GT 256MB GDDR3 PCI Express x16

- Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 Conroe 2.4GHz LGA 775

- Kingston 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400)

- Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 320 GB 7700 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive

- SONY NEC Optiarc Black 18X DVD+R...CD-ROM 2M Cache E-IDE/ATAPI DVD Burner

- Samsung 906BW 19" 2ms (GTG) DVI Widescreen LCD Monitor

- XION Solaris XON-403 Black with Green LED Light Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Right now the only concern I have is this: Will a uATX mobo fit inside an ATX case? The case's page on newegg says ATX is the motherboard size so that could be a problem, I would just find another one. Besides that I think it looks great but I wanted others opinions. One thing I'd like to avoid is the "AMD/ATI is better than intel/nVidia", that doesn't help me.

I wouldn't get that Motherboard. Its very low performance for the type of computer you are building. Plus it has on board video, something you don't need.

I'd get something that was standard ATX and just spend the little bit more money to do it right.

Its an xp-based machine that is aimed toward gaming. Particular games he wants to run are Oblivion and World of Warcraft.

I've replaced the mobo with this one Newegg.com - ASUS P5B-Plus LGA 775 Intel P965 Express ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail and I've bumped the cpu down to a 2.13GHz to save some money Newegg.com - Intel Core 2 Duo E6420 Conroe 2.13GHz 4M shared L2 Cache LGA 775 Processor - Retail

With the monitor but without Windows XP its $970 :O Theres a local store that sells XP oem for $99 so he'll get that.
