does anyone recognize this flash template?
I've been asked to make an English version of an existing site that looks to me like it's straight from a Flash template. The owner doesn't seem to have the source files (as far as I can determine from the web server and from conversations with a bit of a language barrier) but wants the English version to be essentially identical. I can't find any "generated by" type comments in the source code.

Does anyone recognize this template, and can you point me to where I can buy it? The images of the skyscrapers appeared in kind of a round bubble burst.
