its like downloading a file from rapidshare. If you want to be safer you can use a proxy but it is safer than bittorent

I used the text and found 3 albums of coldplay and some of Gorillaz on the first link. Hehe, google got under fire for copyrighted stuff on YouTube, so I wonder what will happen about this.

Not exactly..
In most cases when using google to find files and apps, you are pulling them from some one's ftp which they can track your IP.
Not that many would filter through the 1,000's of ip's that must be hitting these ftp's, just saying it's not as anonymous as cRapidsare in that manner.

You could always use a proxy like TOR (The Onion Router), which would pretty much hide you.
