| Our house is for sale! Here is the listing Topeka Area Association of REALTORS® - Topeka Area Association of REALTORS® We(mostly me, and I wasn't what you would call a handyman) spent the last 3 months updating and cleaning the house up.. we replaced some old dark paneling with drywall, repainted, new carpet... and more I've posted a few short blog post on my personal blog as well as a few on our forums blog.. | thanks everyone it's a good house for the price in our area, but I think it is one of the higher houses on our block We've looked at several houses to move into, we are looking for a place with a garage and basement in the 130k range.. We should be able to get a very nice house in a good school friendly neighbor  We are going to look at a house Sunday that is being sold "as is" it's an old estate sale so it could go either way.. It's a nice house by a very nice park and in a good school district... I'll keep you all up to date | ||||
