We(mostly me, and I wasn't what you would call a handyman) spent the last 3 months updating and cleaning the house up.. we replaced some old dark paneling with drywall, repainted, new carpet... and more

great price, damn, im about to move to Topeka, a house like that in DE would sell for twice that, easy.....

Nice house. I guess it's a tough time for the U.S reality market, a house like that where I live would easily get at least US$114k.

it's a good house for the price in our area, but I think it is one of the higher houses on our block

We've looked at several houses to move into, we are looking for a place with a garage and basement in the 130k range.. We should be able to get a very nice house in a good school friendly neighbor

We are going to look at a house Sunday that is being sold "as is" it's an old estate sale so it could go either way.. It's a nice house by a very nice park and in a good school district... I'll keep you all up to date

A house that size (1,300-1,400 sq. feet) in this area would be in the $200k-$230k price range. Good luck with the sale!
