I'm still on Windows 98SE, by choice.

'nuff said about my liking of new Windows.

I do still have a Vista partition for gaming.

I downloaded the W7 beta but haven't installed it yet because I haven't been able to shrink down my HDD enough. But I am currently on Vista and I have no problems with it, XP was definitely better overall though.

I like Vista good enough. I am not running any "special" mp3's so I don't care about some things.

Oh, 1.5TB Seagate drive on newegg for $129.99

I've had Vista for a while now, and I think it's fine. I'm not sure what everyone is talking about when they say it has so many problems. I haven't had any significant problems so far. One problem that comes to mind is that the trash bin's desktop icon used to disappear after emptying the recycle bin, but that was fixed a while ago in one of their updates.

Also, I like how Vista has ReadyBoost; I don't think XP had this feature. Basically, instead of adding a new stick of RAM, you can use a USB flash drive as some extra memory. Seems to be helpful.

I have vista and 1 gig of ram. However I think I need to add another gig or two in there because it tends to get sluggish once in a while...

I use vista just because it looks cool but if you actually start using it you will realize it has bugs. For example on 2 of my computers whenever I start them I get this popup error of some program closing. Never found what it was. It has many other bugs and that slows it down. I can't wait till Windows 7 stable version is released.

Vista is okay except...

#1. I cant unzip large files, I have to use my 7-Zip program instead of the Vista built-in one.
#2. ZoneAlarm wont work right on vista cuz it caused my PC to lag internet and wouldnt turn off

but I like it other than those "now fixed" issues
