One thing I would like to upgrade to is a DVD burner, I have one on my laptop but I never use it.

Do you see a different between 32bit and 64bit? How I have my PC set up now, I should be able to run it without upgrades for the next 2-5 years.

Nope, no difference. However, there are big reasons why. The biggest reason is that I'm not running a 64-bit operating system plus there are very few programs available that are written only for 64-bit processors. The price was too good to pass up though and if I remember correctly, it cost a tad bit less than a processor that wasn't 64-bit (both AMD).
