Would you like a rose by way of an apology for implying all that women need to do is to remain in their kitchens... it's a lovely yellow one...  OK, I thought I'd take you somewhere cozy for our first evening dinner... hope this is OK with you.  I also pre-ordered our meal... Oh lookie here, there's Manuel bringing it to our table now...  ... and here's the starter  ... nice eh!!!! feeling full...? Oh, and now comes the main course... not quite sure what it is actually, 'a la Google' I think. Pudding dear?... no.... you're full are you... OK then... perhaps some after dinner mints might freshen the pallete?  Washed down and polished off with a smooth, relaxing glass of brandy...  And here's the taxi that I ordered - let me jump in with you and ensure you get home safely. Ooooh, nice place you have there...  ... ah well.... you were lovely company... goodnight...  Sweet dreams....

I employed the same charm offensive as I last used nearly 16 happy years ago... in fact... it is going to be 16 yrs later this month - when we are going to see Lee Evans in concert with friends. She'd crack up at reading that... but... it might actually cost me a lot more ££ as she'd demand I actually did take her to places like that
