Not trying to get anyone into trouble but I always thought re-selling VB's software was against Jelsoft's TOS.

He is selling his whole site (which is based on vBulletin), I don't know if it's allowed (selling the vBulletin license).

Definitely legal. You are allowed to resell in the way he's doing, but only if you email Jelsoft first.

Yes this is legal - however using the vBulletin logo as part of the eBay sale is most certainly not legal and I am suprised this is being allowed.

You can legally transfer licenses to new owners, and what you sell them for is totally up to the seller. His sale is slightly misleading in one regard - he might benefit from informing his viewers that the vBulletin 3.5 license is only available as an upgrade for the remainder of his lease or remaining support contract time.

Well I suppose its not a bad value. But make sure the skin and photo gallery come with free updates. And make sure to find out if it is actually a full year, or just 8 months of hosting.
