I was just trying to enhance my photoshop skills and want to make a default no avatar for my board which Uses The RED DELUXE

Yea....when i try to add a gradient effect on it.....

i dont know how to get it on a particular part......So I just do it newhere :o

Do you know ne other effect i can use
