I'd say a 7 as some re-catagorization is in order, but generally speaking its easy to navigate. I'd also suggest not showing the moved marker when a topic is moved.

The one thing I don't like at first glance is the length of the forum home page. The category separation is not appealing, way to much white space and scrolling.
