| Here we go Almost finished building my British-based site. Although I still haven't got a british-based style for it and the header needs tweaking (on my list of to-do's :blaf  I thought I'd give you guys a glimpse at it before I finish and start advertising  I have a few more things in mind, but any ideas you might have would be welcome. http://thebritishforum.com/forum

| Doesn't load a blank page for me, the url is correct so try again I didn't put it in the showcase section, simply because I don't want a review as such as the site isn't actually running yet. I was looking for my original thread which I posted a while back in one of the discussion areas, but couldn't locate it or the forum oddly enough.. maybe some of them have been merged. While the forum is mainly aimed towards british people (not just the UK itself - but British people worldwide) anyone is welcome to join. They just have to remember that information and articles will generally be geared towards the British "market".. so to speak.

And am I nuts, of is that a French flag on the right side of the banner? Because that would be out of place. Definitely add vBookie for betting on local sports and whatnot. Maybe a quiz mod for quizzes related to the UK. And a radio with British music. | ||||

| You're definitely nuts, it's the Irish flag I most definitely intend on adding vBookie and the radio hacks...I'm not sure about the quizzes one at the moment unless I find someone who wants to sit and write quizzes for me <grin>I'm designing a totally customised design for use as the default, it's just taking me a while as I can't make a decision on how I want it to look... I really want to have a totally customised postbit as well instead of the usual shapes, designs etc... so want to take my time over that side as I've never done a complete design from scratch before

But I suppose it might still suffice. With respect to the quizzes, if you're interested, I could write a few on British history and politics. | ||||
