I'm single. *waits for applause* I'm not necessarily looking but I still like to talk about dating... but I like to talk about dating with people who are like me, single and dating or not. Not married people throwing adages and platitudes left and right about how he's just around the corner and some other such thing. I find that being able to relate to someone and know Im not alone helps me feel so much better.

I haven't been able to quite find what I am looking for online. And I don't know if I can define it well enough to create it, market it, push it and own it.

Hmm there are some big dating sites out there but there's also the stigma attached to them. I don't think i know of a good dating discussion forum - have you checked the big boards listings?

I think it would depend. If its talking about dating, dating ideas, romantic tips and other similar subjects, it could take off. I don't think it would be easy, but for someone devoted to it, I think it could work.
