Any one know where I can find these scripts at?

I'm looking for 2 types of scripts for my site. Here is the description on the kind of scripts I"m looking for.

Script #1: The script is like http://www.vgmusic.com . If you can see there, you'll notice they have an archieve and a new-fils of video game midis. Well unlike them, the idea I was going for is all music types in addition to a kind using images.

Script #2: The script is like http://www.gamefaqs.com and http://www.gamewinners.com . The idea is to submit a walkthrough, cheat, FAQ, guide, code, etc. and then it is organized according to the system and game.

If anyone know where I can find scripts like these 2, please let me know. Thank you so much in advance and you are really helping me out with this.

I would have to say I'm not sure where you could get scripts that play similar roles to vgmusic or gamefaqs' backends, other that creating them yourself or having someone create them for you. PHP and MySQL are your friends.

What types of files did you have in mind with the music script?

I LOVE vgmusic! I even once applied for a staff position there. (By the way, part of said position, which I didn't get, was forum administration.)

You'll probably want to go with a script that validates uploaded files (important!) then stores them in the filesystem. Storing metadata could be done through associated text files or a database. Look for one or have somebody (maybe even me, but I'm working on a lot of other stuff!) write one for you.

They said they had open positions (through a small link at the bottom of the index), and the last time they hired new people I was po'd that they didn't say they had open positions anywhere...

*reads FAQ* *makes final decision* *sends mail to Forteblast*

And they told me they couldn't even consider me and that I should reread the FAQ. They didn't even ask for my qualifications (I told them to ask me what they wanted to see).
