When I open up my mail just now and see spam...Well, upon further reading, I actually find that this spam is telling me how to GET RID OF SPAM

same with my spyware... everytime I open internet explorer I can an ad from WinFixer, fixing spyware on comps.

lol i have the same email. it made me laugh until i realised it had made it by my spam blocker and that shouldnt happen.

Run Eiwido and Ad-aware. Then do spyware sweeps, followed by running either MacAfee or preferably Symantec anti-virus. That should clean everything out. If not, then run hijackthis.exe and post a log. I'd be able to help you/get someone else to help you from there.
