I dont like it...it doesnt bring anything special to the table...no features I cant get in MSN or AIM...it's so plain. I think google released it way too soon. I realize it's only in beta and not meant to impress yet, but it literally feels like I am using the very first instant messenger ever created.

I just started using it the other day, and I'd have to agree with the above..in fact I can even see some features being pretty annoying (like the popup box that comes from my windows explorer everytime I recieve a message..that would be horrid if I was talking to 5 or 10 people at the same time, and probobly confuse me to no end).
It definately needs work.

i like google talk , simple and nice

atleast u dont get irritated with thoze buzzes in yahoo and msn . its disturbing at times, corporate user would prefer google talk
