I am used to DD/MM/YYYY and obviously Ashley is as well. I mean it is standard if you are American (don't know about other countries) but many of us aren't

But we invented the internet, haha! So our date standards should be followed! (even if we are the only ones who do it) I'm just playing around. In my work place, we have mixed breeds... Our mexican-american coworkers read dates as DD/MM/YY, but we American raised folk write it as MM/DD/YY. They are always getting confused if the day is under 12. (because obviously, there is no 13th+ month) I would suggest doing either: MMM/DD/YYYY or DD/MMM/YYYY so no matter how you are accustomed to read it, there's no confusion that 01/Aug/2006 is August 1st, 2006.
