 | New in town Hello everyone!! First things first, before starting to check your forum I want to introduce myself: My name is Sonia. I'm 25 and I'm from Spain. I'm a mod in a spanish forum since last January. Not so much experience so as you can guess I still have a lot of questions and doubts about how to proceed when a problem comes up. I do my best but you know it is sometimes hard to moderate. I often compare it to being a teacher  I came across your forum searching for an answer in google and I am really happy to find a community of Admins and Mods where we can share our problems and, why not say it, comfort each other. The best thing about being a mod is when you help someone, either to find what they're looking for or to grow up in the forum. The worst is dealing with trolls and the like, although it can also be funny at times  That's all for now. Sorry for this long introduction. I hope it didn't bore you. I'm sure I'll enjoy your community. see ya around |
