I offer free hosting w/ cPanel and Fantastico to users with 5 posts.
There are better plans for more posts but the members are not obligated to post.
To explain further, they can receive their hosting and do not have to return to post X times per week.

I've added several hacks but mostly they're only for the administrator except for the arcade.
I even created a hack for myself that'll help me with hosting requests (I'll put it on the "Buy and Sell" forum soon because I'm trying to sell it.).

Initial Impression
The skin I have seen so many times and I just don't think it goes with a hosting site, maybe because I have seen it so much. Also not a huge fan of the logo.

Organization and Feel
I think you have too many forums. My suggestion would be to combine some and even put some into subforums, especially the emptier forums, this way they will look as active as your other forums. I do however think that you have them in a great order and everything is easy to find

Skin and Modifications
Like I said above, the skin is used quite frequently and when I look at it, it's more like..oh not this skin again. It is a nice skin though so please don't get me wrong. Now the logo, I don't know, it's just not for me. I think you should go with something with a little more color.
I know you said you have modifications for you to use and I saw the arcade. I think for this type of site that is really all you need. I do love the Welcome Guest Header! You have done an excellent job on customizing it

I am not sure I understand how you have your individual forums set up once you click on them, can you please explain why the first half of the threads are more narrow and the second half are wider? Also they are the same threads I'm confused by this. Seems like you were maybe trying to figure out which way you liked the set up better and possibly forgot to fix it? It's just a waste of space and more to go through.

Also, I would get rid of the Moderator panel on the main forums page. I could see if you have several mods to fill the spots but you have one that fills two spots and it just doesn't look good.

Guidelines and Staff
It does look like you have a good number of staff I would not add any more until you get more active members on your site. I finally found your rules, they aren't too bad, but I would definitely add more detail to them.

Recommended Changes

• Change the skin and Logo
• Combine some forums and add subforums
• Fix the set up within the forums, pick either wider or narrower
• Get rid of the Moderator Panel
• Add more details to the rules

I absolutely LOVE this skin and the Header is perfect!!!! This set up is much better than the one I just reviewed I wish I would have seen this when I was reviewing LOL
Why do you not have this set as the default? I really think you should It's set up much nicer, looks more organized and the colors are perfect.

It's been set to default for a while. I don't know why it loaded the other skin.

I will remove the Moderator Column.

The reason the threads are messed up are because I was trying to customize thread in this forum. I'm going to disable the style soon so I'm in no hurry to fix it.
