It's been a while since my first review, and there's been a lot of changes made since then. If I could get a review for the new and improved Basement, I'd really appreciate it

Initial Impression:

The first thing that I noticed when entering the forum was the banner. WOW. It's very, very nice! I don't really know how to describe it; it's just...awesome. One thing I will say, however, is that both the left and right borders of the banner do not completely blend in with the rest of the header (the color is a bit different).

Organization and Feel:

Very nicely organized, however, I have one suggestion. At the moment, you have the, "Community" category before the, "Graphics and Art" category. Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but wouldn't it make more sense to have the category that closely relates to the topic of your forum in first place? My suggestion? I would move the, "Community" category down, and the, "Graphics and Art" forum up. Other than that, everything looks great.

Skins and Modifications:

VERY nice skin! It fits perfectly with the topic of the forum, and it's very easy on the eyes. All of the colors used compliment each other very, very nicely, and it looks fantastic. One thing I will say, however, is that it is a little hard to read the name of the categories, simply because the text transforms into a white-ish color. If you could change that, the skin would be perfect (IMO).

Alright, there are a lot of great modifications installed, but I would like to criticize just one of them; the shoutbox. It's nice, but it takes up a good amount of space, and it looks a bit awkward. If you could somehow downsize the shoutbox, that would make it look much better overall. Right now, it's just a little too obvious.

Also, I like the favicon!

Guidelines and Staff:

Not much to say in this particular area. The TOS is very well-written, and is also very detailed. I'm also glad to see that you have a privacy policy, as well as a copyright statement!

As for staff members, it appears that you have a dedicated + active staff.

Recommended Changes:

• Re-arrange some of the categories (listed above).
• Change the color of the category text.
• Re-size the shoutbox.

Thank you very much I should mention the shout box is collapsible I agree, when it's open, it's ginormous.

The colour of the categories is one thing I've been meaning to get to as well. I was thinking black perhaps... not sure. I'll have to experiment until I find something that fits and stands out more.

As for the graphics and community sections, I can agree with what you said. However, there was a community held poll a while back where we voted on which order they should be in, and it was a landslide for community top. The people spoke, and so I gave them what they wanted I think I will re-poll this situation however, see if that's changed.
