Started this site about a month ago and spent a little time on it each day and have finally came up with this.

I know it's a free skin but i don't have windows at the moment i am stuck on Ubuntu and a 1024x768 resolution so i can't get photoshop and GIMP just really isn't for me. I have editied quite a few small thing's i also have a lot of features planned which i will implement along the way. I am currently working on the profiles at the moment

So please review meine site =]

I wasn't able to see too many modifications but I did like that the gallery fell right into place with the forum. A photo gallery is a great idea for an automobile owner site. Many members will like that they are able to show off their car to others.

Category Rating: (2/5)

I didn't really see an official guest message. I did see a "If this is the first time...." but it didn't look like a guest message. A message there for guests letting them know to come and register could possibly boost memberships.

Guidelines and Staff

It doesn't appear any official rules or announcements have been made to indicate any kind of rules. The site may not have any but it would probably be a good idea to make a few general rules for users to read at the top.

Organization and Navigation
Category Rating: (4/5)
Category Comments:
The navigation is very easy which is very important to me as a user. I personally like a website that is easy to navigate. I would rather be on a site that is very easy to get around with dull looks (not saying that yours is) than a site that is all fancy and graphically amazing but is impossible to find where you are or how to get somewhere. I do have a suggestion/question about the forum set up. You have it with 5 main forums in a category that all have the same sub forums that equal to 7. Will there really be that much topics for each sub forum?

I don't really have many major modifications as such yet but i plan to implement a few in the future =]. I have a lot of modified templates which are mainly minor changes =]

Thanks for pointing this out i will sort this out over the weekend

Another thing i will adhere to on the weekend thanks

The reason i have so many is that i don't expect some of the user's to be as computer literate as me and you so it would be easier for them to navigate to their preffered choice of discussion. Also having the subforums is a neater way as it doesn't appear to be empty on the homepage as you can't see total post and topic counts
All in all thank you for your review

With those few changes on the site that you are planning to implement, my review would have been a star or two better in each of the top categories.

Car forum and Gallery with car forum is a big Plus. a Forum like yours needs a gallery and you have it available. I could not really tell what other modifications you had.

Guest message is a plus for me, i like how you pointed out what benefits a guest would get when signing up, and giving them a contact source for any problems they are experiencing is also encouraging

I believe you need to have an vw in the header. Will add a unique flare.

One thing I definitely think you should do is make the actual forum button bigger and more accessible. I could barely find it.

PS: BMW's are by far the better car!!!

On the mainpage the actual "forums" text link is hard to find. Perhaps add it again in the header?
