The design is nice and clean. I like your logo. However, nothing about the design really says "high definition" to me. I think nice glass effects for your gradients would look really good. The greens and greys are just a bit too dull for a HD forum in my opinion. Also you should change your welcome message to something custom instead of the default message.

I like that you have the Introductions forum at the top. I don't really like how off-topic is at the top however. I think to promote discussion in your on-topic forums, you should put off-topic at the bottom. Also, overall you have too many categories and forums. A new forum should have 8-10 max forums, yours has almost 20. Having so many forums makes your forum look less active when there aren't many posts and I think you could easily combine several of them into each other.
