I must say, I do quite like the theme. It is neat and clean and the colours go nicely together. I do like the logo quite a lot I am a bit 'iffy' about the number of adverts you have, but that is up to you in the end. The only criticism I have is with the board icons - I think they don't match the theme a great deal. Have you got anything that can match better? I know you have used black elsewhere, but I just think they don't fit in very well.

Features and Modifications
Your little guest message is nice and discrete but present - maybe a few bold word to attract attention would be good. The arcade is a very nice addition for your type of niche as it is a place your members can relax. Do you have a restriction on the amount you can play and then you have to post? Good use of vBadvanced and also vBseo seems to be working for ya

Organization and Navigation
As I mentioned, good use of vBadvanced with the sidebar, looks very good. I would rethink the adverts. I would think you had too many forums, but it seems to be working for you so I wouldn't bother changing anything unless you feel it necessary. For navigation you could add a menu to the sidebar, it could prove to be easier for members.
