You can easily identify the key areas etc. I am a bit iffy about your logo. I think, with a board like you have, you should have a nice attractive logo to accompany the design. I am also not too keen on the adverts, but I guess it has worked for you so no harm. Features and Modifications Quite a nice video feature you have, and this seems to be quite active as well. So that is a nice addition. Possibly an arcade would make a nice addition to the community. Removing adverts after registration is a good feature, because those adverts are annoying! Guest Friendliness As I mentioned, I really don't like the big adverts, pushing all the content down. But I guess that is your decision. You have a nice message at the top telling us what the forum is about, so that is quite friendly. This worries me though: Happy Diwali Guidelines and Staff Just check the post I mentioned above, I didn't like that one bit - puts me off completely. You have a link to the staff list and you seem to have a good number of staff. You also have a support sections, which I guess is good and a tidy way of handling things. You also have Rules, but the link was in the footer, maybe you could move it up. Rules cover the important stuff, so that is okay. Organization and Navigation Everything is fine. Good number of forums. Good number of moderators. Navigation clear and easy to access. Just one problem - I expect the home link to go to the home of the forum. Maybe you should add a forum link that goes to the forum and have a separate link for the main site. There ya go

Also blue colour is a "cold" colour, so some "warm" red / orange" could add a bit Features and Modifications Difficult to say bewing not a regular user, but at least adding the videos on the front page is a good idea Guest Friendliness Hmm ... sometimes a bit sarcastic Guidelines and Staff Didn´t notice anything unusual Organization and Navigation Clear navigation and labelling, seems OK for me In general I have a mixed feeling about a forum covering that wide range of topics, on the long run I think it would be better to give a certain focus on one theme
