We started NetBuilders on 7 December of last year. We've implemented most of our original ideas and a large number of member suggestions. Our stats so far are "OK", but not as good as they could be:

Threads: 1,884, Posts: 16,093, Members: 1,087, Active Members: 708

One concern we're having is that most posts and threads are coming from a small core group of contributors and we want to encourage a larger group of visitors to post. Only 389 of our members have ever posted. I am worried that something in our forums culture is scaring people away -- even though we do appear to be one of the most friendly forum communities I've ever seen. I've stared at the forum too long. I need some fresh viewpoints. What do you see when your visit NetBuilders? Thanks so much for your help with this!
