| Woah! 9 adsense blocks, and 2 adsense text links? Isn't that a little much? I'm curious as to what that brings in! I like the logo of the Dharma Swan, but you need to make the forum name more visible. Get some custom button graphics, and a favorites icon!

| I am using IE @ 1024x768 FIRST OFF: I would add some kind of welcome header to let people know what your forum is about and why they should join. Very important to first time visitors. Even more, I agree with Red if I landed on the site I have know idea what it’s about. Maybe add a title next to or under your logo so you can read it. Not sure about the gray, it’s a little light for me but it works. Although in the navbar the register and such is very light in color and hard to read, same as the forum topics. I would also change the Powered by Vbulletin in the title page. FORUMS: Your forums are laid out well and the descriptions are good. Good descriptions are important as it lets the users know where to post. RULES: I didn't see any, except for the Vb default, you need to add a good set of rules, that way members know what they can and cannot do. MEMBERS: Looks like you have a good membership going, I would maybe send out a quick reminder and such, maybe even on a weekly basis to have your members return after the and post their comments. I couldn’t see your member list, so I am not sure how many active members you have. CHANGES I WOULD RECOMMEND: Add some kind of welcome header, Add a good set of some rules. Change the color in the navbar, Change the title page, Make it so your title of the forum is more “pronounced” OVERALL: Great job, I guess the key now is that since the season is over, how to keep them coming back for more.
