It's really good design (looks like a real Web 2.0 type design), I had no trouble at all getting around. Good job overall I have no comments or suggestions on how to improve it.

I am not a great reviewer of forums. I can tell you what I like and don't like, and why.

Anyhoo, I am really impressed by your skin. I love what you did with it. If you didn't do it, you got points on choosing it. Good ole Red White & Blue! The standard font is just fine..very intelligable.

However, what is your forum about? I couldn't get a clue. Hmm. What is your fav icon? Is it bender's leg?

Thanks! I bought it from the now defunct IBSkinned. Too bad it flushed down the toilet, because it was a great shop.

It doesn't look like a scroll. Perhaps an opened scroll, and a creame parchment color would do the trick.

Well, the American-looking design will turn away many international visitors.
Plus, you might want a few more forums dedicated to the topic.

Other than that, you've got the foundations to which could be, with a little effort, a very successful forum.

Initial Impression: My initally impression was that it looked to cluttery and not what I'd be interested in. The main reason for this, I believe, is that you can't see the forums! All one can see is the first forum section. About that is the header, some text, and an ad. Not exactly what, in my humble opinion, would draw me into a website or forum. For the most part it is good though. You should work on the header and footer.

Skin and Template: Very nice, for the most part. I like the patriotic colors used here, and the skin appears to be unique. I can't really suggest many changes for it. However, as I mentioned about, the header and footer look a bit crouded.

Logo and Graphics: The header/logo is a bit dull. It doesn't really catch my attention in any way. It's okay and fits the theme, so not a whole lot to say there. The forum graphics are excellent and look very proffesional, though perhaps overly so.

Forums: Okay for a starting forum. The content is okay as well. However, most of the forums seemed to be off-topic and the forum didn't really have a solid theme. You need to work on concentrating activity in all forums, not just one.

Rules and FAQ: The rules are very straightforward and direct, and I therefore think they will be effective. There was no FAQ to speak of.

Recommened Changes: Surprisingly, not a whole lot.

1) Header and footer. Clean it up. Make it look good. Integrate the ads so they don't distract the users.

2) Forum stats/additional footers. I really don't think the arcade stats and chat stats are necessary. They make it look cluttered.

I intend to add more skins to offset that. Yesterday, I added an alternative skin for females. (It was free from the place from which I normally buy skins, so I decided, what the heck. ) I'll try to find more good free skins or wait until I have enough money to buy more.

I figured, better to have a few forums with many threads than many forums with a few threads. That way, the forums don't look empty. After I have more activity, I'll probably create more boards to accomodate it.

The theme is, freeranging and intense yet artful and respectful discussion. That's something I find to be rare these days, so I wanted to create a refuge for it.

I've ditched the arcade and chat statistics, and I've changed the color of the Google ads so they don't clash with the skin.
