It looks great and i love the stats at the bottom, wish I could do that with my own forum.

The only suggestion I have is to make your logo a bit better... More "Internet' oriented logo would be wonderful.

It looks pretty nice, that stats mod looks quite nice, and fits in well.

Maybe a few more images based on/around the skin?

Your skin is way to basic but it's a good start. I highly recommend loosing the ads / google module in the prime location of your site. IMO, nobody wants to look at that.

Keep all your ads on one place. Why have one at the top and one at the bottom. It gets pretty in-the-way.
