Join Date: Nov 2005 Posts: 709 Location: Romania | I used it 4 years ago. Then I realised I don't have some of the features I need so I moved to phpBB. I know Yabb has been updated and re-worked, but I don't use it and don't intend doing so.

But since YSE got a bad name inherited from YaBB's security problems, the change to SMF was made, including a whole new code base. YaBB still exists and it is at major version 2 now. Afaik, it has become the standard option for bulletin boards in cPanel (this used to be phpBB before). | ||||
