Anyone use Joomlaboard?

Hi, is there anyone here use Joomlaboard. I have just start using it, upgraded from 1.1 to 1.4 and it's not impressed me that much since I have had a lot of problems.

If anyone can help let me know.

Anyway whats everyone's experience with it?

It's been a while since I've played around with Joomlaboard, but I remember that it was very, very simple. In fact, a little too simple for me. I guess it really depends on what your used to. For example, if you were once an avid SMF user, but then decided to switch to Joomlaboard, then you may have a hard time getting used to the simple, "not so feature packed" Joomlaboard.

That's true! I am having troubles with the width all the time. I took out pagenavbar out of the deafult template php and it still didn't correct and I asked for support from TSMF and one said that my title of the thread didn't motivate him to help me, they also said they were really busy without having to support people who are incable of seeeing what needs editing in the template.

Well, Joomlaboard isn't meant to be a fully-featured forum. It's meant to be an easy way to add a form to Joomla. If you want more features, try the SMF bridges.

I like it! It's just it's a bit buggy for me and the support team is down to three members.

I just installed Joomla to use as a CMS in front of vBulletin. I had played around with Mambo years ago, but never really got into it. The reason I used Joomla was because it now uses CSS designs which is great for SEO. I was surprised at how easy integrating Joomla was into the forum. I used BBpixel for the bridge, and I beleive they have one for SMF as well.
