I can not say enough good things about Nancy and the staff at Wow Classic. Or the software and product for that matter... but it is Nancy that has made this experience so enjoyable. To say that i am a novice at website/forum administration is like saying the ocean is a little bit of water. I am totally lost when it comes to cpanels and coding and all the things that go into setting up a website. Nancy has been a Godsend! She has the patience of a saint! I tried 3 other times.. and lost money ...trying to find someone who would take on the task of helping me realize my dream of having my own website...needless to say they were a big disappointment.. and then i was told to talk to Nancy. Wow! She has helped me so very much.. taught me things... kept me from pulling my hair out when i hit a wrong button (please don't ask how many times i have had to say "nancy help") And she has never made me feel foolish for being the website dummy that i know i am. Thank you seems like a small thing to say for all of the help and support you get with her... but it is all i have.

There are so many great software products out there today
it all comes down to what suits you personally, so I'm not
putting other products down in any way just stating my personal experience.
I started my first web site 12 months ago and had no idea at all what i was doing
so what suited me on a personal level was to find a software i could play
with and get the feel of before jumping in the deep end.
I found wowbb, used the trial version and liked the software... so after my trial was up i keep it going.
Within a month i asked ClassicNancy to do a theme for us, she did and we
liked what we got!
After having to much downtime and timing outs all the time we moved hosting,
sad to say this didn't work out as well, i don't mind problems that happens however
when you have more downtime than anything...not good.
So when Wowclassic started hosting we were lucky enough to be a part of this as well.
Even thought she doesn't do hosting anymore we are still with her and have
NEVER once had any downtime...what a breath of fresh air!!
We also now use WowClassic's software and at $99.00 for a lifetime license
what more could you ask for, we have also had an upgrade without any problems.
like the saying goes when your on a good thing stick to it,
i have and haven't looked back.
The main thing that stands out over and above everything for me is WowClassic's support,
I'm not saying other support area's are not good I'm just saying the support is unreal.
If you have a problem it is addressed in a fair time frame, i for one don't enjoy sitting on a phone
that has a queue a mile long (that alone says something to me) or not having a problem addressed at all.
There is support and then there is support, WowClassic stands out in this area over and above
any other support ive delbt with.

Welp, 2.0 is out! Major upgrade ... impressive list of features added - bravo! It includes many serious new features and tweaks to old ones, but the one I happened to be involved in the most was POTD. The WowClassic upgrade includes a new rating/recognition system called Posts Of The Day, using user-rated posts, helping to encourage quality and reward good contributors. There is also a central site (PostsOfTheDay.com) that sites with the POTD feature can connect to. Classic 2.0 clients have the POTD feature built in and can always connect for free.
