Stock Photos

I've been trying to be really good about not stealing images from the internet when I post articles for our home page. However, what's deterring me is sometimes the high (I feel) cost of a membership to some of these Royalty free photo sites.

Does anyone use stock photos from a site with reasonable (or No) fees?

stockxchng was like 199/ yr to join. I don't plan on using images enough to make that worth it.

I suppose it really depends on the types of pictures you're searching for as to what they are going to cost.

You're basic images are going to cost less than specific ones. I've used the above-mentioned website before and I don't remember paying for images, at least, not on a yearly basis.

stock.xchng is free, you're probably talking about their sister site stockxpert that is 199 a month, stock.xchng still has a great selection
