I am trying to get hold of vB 3.7.0 but its not available from members download control panel at vB website, how do I get hold of it?

vBuletin.com --> Members --> (Fill in details) --> Download vBulletin --> More Download Options --> Change Version drop down to vB 3.7.0 Release Candidate 2
