What general issues you encounter on your site/forum

Well i really dont encounter a lot of issues on my site and forum
well i think i get the usual issues that most other sites do *small sites i mean, big sites dont generally have the same issues a small site does*

i will list my issues, in no order
1 - getting traffic
2 - getting new members and active members
3 - improving my site
4 - getting some good staff members

I would say my biggest problem is getting members to return, I get a good amount of registrations and a lot of times they'll make some posts but then they just disappear. Also just getting my active members to post even more.

Certainly getting active members to post more.

It is amazing the amount of times my forum gets a posting like "Well its dead in here today" and another person replies "yeah it is" and i think to myself, well if you actually posted something instead of just moaning that nobody else is, it might encourage some others to post and it will bloom and not be "dead in here today".
