adding no follow or redirect to links

Is there a built in way to add nofollow or redirect to link posted in a vBulletin forum without using third party software?

All you need is a vBulletin plugin like Add rel="nofollow" Attribute To URLs - Reduce Spam - Increase Pagerank.

My members like to link out to their own sites, but they asked me to add a new BBCODE so they could link to sites they don't want to help in the search engines.
