| What percentage of members on a daily basis? What percentage of members visits your forums on a daily basis? I am running at about 12% I would like to get it high of course, over a week I run about 23% total. What is a good daily percentage to have, obviously 100% would be best, but what should be an average 30%-40%?  | ||||

Join Date: Mar 2006 Posts: 104 | Average two users per day (1%), i have about 200 members. The worse part is that they are always the same 2  I'm desperate about that.

| i hav 700 odd members and only 5-7 of them are active on a daily basis!! this is my major concern about the forum - and i want to change it i tried all sorts of things - but they didnt seem to work.

Join Date: Sep 2005 Posts: 10,246 Location: Athens, GA | hahaha, that's 58% MissMoke - that's extremely high  Ours at AF is about 11%....I think it's all relative. Newer forums are going to have a higher percentage online....old forums are going to have a lower percentage. Then of course you need to consider pruning. Pruned forums will have a higher percentage, and vice vera. That said, I don't really think there's any good way to judge this overall for all forums, however I will say that MissMoke's percentage is unbelievably high!

| I think it also matters what the focus of your board is. My members 'live' there. It's their online home and where they gather to chat. Most of the other boards I visit have a more pointed audience so people are able to log in, find what they need, log out. | ||||
