| Here in Delaware we have a adopt-a-highway program where a organization signs up to clean a stretch of road 3 times a year. for this you get 2 signs on the road saying "maintained by xyz group". I/my members just adopted a road and the sign will read talkdelaware.com  |

| I'm pretty sure that writing/advertising on money is illegal. Hard to imagine you aren't breaking library rules on the library idea. Taping or writing things in the public bathroom is probably a no no too. So basically these might get you some guests or members but is going to be blatantly immoral or against the rules or law to do them. At the very least they will come off that way to many. |
