Isn't it reasonable to require new comer to make 10, 20 posts or so to get started?

1. This benefits existing members, and I think they all deserve that.

2. This verifies new comer's commitment. I think that every new comer ought to have some willingness to work.

And this applies to existing members who want to add a new forum(s). For example, if I want to add a new forum, I need to make 10, 20 new posts just to list that forum.

Well it would prevent the people who don't even post on the forum from spamming everyone's site with their ad/ crap and getting PostFusion credit while they are at it.

Well, when we created PostFusion, we wanted to make it as easy as possible to join and use. I'm afraid that by requiring a minimum requirement, people will be reluctant to join.

Besides, you should not be posting at forums with a 0 balance, even a 10 balance for that matter. You should only be posting at forums near the top of the list.

I think it shouldn't be 10, 20 posts on the forums you sign up to but more of the case of 10, 20 posts here. When I used to be signed up to PostFusion I would check most days for new sites and some of them were from lurkers who hadn't posted.

That would be a nice feature, maybe on the list for v. 2

Not a bad idea. Would be a good thing to add to our "Members" privileges (10 posts and 2 days)...although I feel like we need to grow and develop more before doing that. It is something worth considering though.

Sure, everyone should be posting in forums that have large balance, but I don't think it just happens. I don't mean to be cynical, but I want to be realistic.
